XP boost

I'm playing APEX with PS5 Digital Edition.

I have premium battle pass and level is max.

So I have 100 % XP boosters.

However I don't get XP boost many times.

When I played APEX with my friend who also has 100% XP boosters, my friend got 200% XP boost but I don't.

Ho. can I fix that?

I asked this problem to EA support few times but everyone haven't send me exact answer for my question.

@kokeydokey You and your teammates experience won't be the same as it is based on performance, if you win the game or not, damage, kills, revives, respawns, and so forth.
Just because you play together, doesn't mean you'll level up as fast or faster than them.

I know total XP will has difference depends on how the player contribute the match.
I just compare the XP of won the match with my friend when we won arena match.
My friend got XP with XP boost and I was not.
I just wondering why I don't get the XP boost even I have XP booster.
