Unfortunately, here on the forum we can not assist directly with bans, we can't investigate bans or provide more info. If you have a ban or suspension and you want more info or to appeal, you will need to reach out via EA Help.

The EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help directly with account-related issues, such as having been hacked. If you feel you have been hacked, the only thing you can do is follow the steps in this article:

FYI it might be as good idea to immediately turn on 2 factor authentication on your account, when you get it back, and change your EA and account associated email password.
