Hey @markhammond4,
When you say that Apex Legends is blocked/disabled, do you mean that your account has been banned? Or do you get a different error message? - @EA_QueenBee I don't know. Just comes up with my account has been disabled. I'm able to log into ea.
Apex starts up fine then has a qr code to scan saying it's disable. - EA_QueenBee4 years ago

Is it asking you to repeatedly reset your password, without unlocking after you've done so? - @EA_QueenBee No. It's just the website is really tricky to navigate. There should be no reason for the disable because I haven't played that game yet. Just want it reset......

If you're not getting the message that your account has been banned, then we know that it's not that at least. If you're playing on a console, it sounds like your console account might just be linked to a disabled EA account. Usually resetting the password on your EA account will reactivate it, but if you're having issues then I recommend that you contact our live support team, as we're not really able to help with account issues here on the forums. You can contact them via the following link, just choose the options that you think best suit your issue:

No bro, i played everyday in apex around 3 month , i buy BP and i have 90 lvl of Battlepass , after 2 month of AFK i come back and play 2-3 games and leave, after 1 year when i want to play with my friend, i have been banned with reason "banned" , when i write to support team around 4-5 times they say me, "about our company policy we dont need to say you reason of ban , good day" i think its company policy they just ban palyers with no reasons , i chek all my logins and i didn't see any of not my signs becouse i think my acc was stolen but no,

If you think an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please create an appeal with the steps below. We are unable to review or change bans via the forums.
