Your account has been disabled?

I have no idea why it is blocked/ disable. I have no history of violations. I have never even played this game but it won't let me in. Any help would be great. Cheers

@EA_QueenBee I don't know. Just comes up with my account has been disabled. I'm able to log into ea.
Apex starts up fine then has a qr code to scan saying it's disable.

Is it asking you to repeatedly reset your password, without unlocking after you've done so?

@EA_QueenBee No. It's just the website is really tricky to navigate. There should be no reason for the disable because I haven't played that game yet. Just want it reset......

  If you're not getting the message that your account has been banned, then we know that it's not that at least. If you're playing on a console, it sounds like your console account might just be linked to a disabled EA account. Usually resetting the password on your EA account will reactivate it, but if you're having issues then I recommend that you contact our live support team, as we're not really able to help with account issues here on the forums.
