Failed to connect to the server, error code: tap

When I select the ranked mode in the game, the error code mentioned in the title pops up right after I enter a match. However, I can enter and play the game normally when I choose the matchmaking mode or the casual mode. I’ve already tried various fixes like reinstalling the game and even the operating system, but the problem still persists. Guys, do you have any solutions to this?😭😭😭
