Your account has been disabled

I am having a pop up showing that my account has been disabled? I haven't even done anything to prevent my account of being disabled? Can someone help me because I'm confused?

    Your account may be disabled due to inactivity for example. This would only happen if you haven't used it for a very long time. 

    Please try to use the last email address registered on that account to reset your password.  

    In case of any further issues, contact our support team. To reach them:   

       

    On the EA Help homepage, type 'EA App' into the search bar and select the tile that appears.   

    Select See all help topics.   

    Select the Manage my account category.   

    Select I need help logging into my EA Account.   

    Under the heading 'Still need help', the available contact options should appear.   

      

    Those should help you get contact options.

    Disabled or banned?

    Disabled normally applies to accounts that have not been accessed for a long time or have logins from unusual places.

    To re -activate a disabled account you will need to reach out to an advisor/live chat via EA help: https://help.ea.com/help/faq/using-ea-help

    Be advised that you will need your account info etc to prove the account is yours.
