High ping on sao paulo 1 (im from uruguay)

Basically the title i have 2 pictures, one from title screen and another one ingame and theres 200+ ms difference. 

The third one is from today where a us server has less ms than the one closest to me.

Playing gun run i have 50ms but the monent i play ranked my ping goes up.
