Apex make micro freeze

hello i have some issue in the game every 2 to 10 seconds i have a micro freeze when apex is open and it's not only in the game but my whole pc who is freezing and even worse it continue after closing the game until i restart my pc

i m playing from steam and here's my pc spec

Windows 11 Pro 10.0.26200
game ready 591.59
AMD Ryzen 7 9800x3d
32 GB Kingston Fury
Geforce RTX 5070 Ti

(the video show the problem if needed and in task manager nothing is being used at 100%)

    Hi everyone,

    Same issue here ... I tried to reinstall the game from EA launcher but it didn't change anything. I also tried with another GPU. 

    pc specs : 

    Windows 11 Pro 26200.7462
    game ready 591.59
    AMD Ryzen 5 9600x
    32 GB Crosair dominator platinium
    Radeon RX 9070 XT
