Hello EA Support,
My Apex Legends account was sanctioned last year, and I submitted several appeals. At that time, the sanction was visible in my account history.
Today, my EA sanction history shows no violations, no active sanctions, and no appeal history, yet when I launch Apex Legends on Steam, I still receive the message: “Your account is locked.”
This appears to be an inconsistency, as my account shows no sanctions but I still cannot access the game.
I have been unable to play for over a year and have invested a lot of time and money into this account.
I respectfully ask for a manual review of my account status, as this seems to be a technical/backend issue rather than a visible sanction.
Please verify if any hidden restriction or account lock is still active and restore access if no sanction exists.
