Missing rewards / XP not granted” / Progress not tracking

Hi, I'm having a problem with the in-game challenges. Some of the Battle Pass challenges aren't counting as completed. I'm having trouble with the weekly challenges, and my daily XP keeps showing as 0. I play for several hours a day, and it's bothering me because I enjoy collecting Battle Pass items. Please fix this.
