Missing Apex Packs Items After Crash – PS5

Dear EA Support,

I opened 50 Apex Packs in Apex Legends on PlayStation 5, but the game crashed during the opening process and I did not receive any items.

I have a video clearly showing the pack openings and the exact moment the game crashed, and I can provide it if needed.

After the incident, I reinstalled the game and restarted the console, but the items were not credited. I have played since launch and know all the items in my account. I am absolutely certain I did not receive anything from those 50 packs.

Please review my account and assist in resolving this issue.
