The Cross Progression system incorrectly identified my PC account as the primary account. My PS4 account was a higher level and should have been set as the primary one. The system did merge the cosmetics—since I have my PS4 Predator charms and holosprays available on PC—but it replaced my level and badges with the lower stats from the PC account, which violates EA's official migration rules."

Hello,I am contacting you because my Cross-Progression process experienced a critical data processing error.Both my PS4 and PC accounts have always been linked to the exact same EA email address. My PS4 account had a higher account level and significantly better stats than my PC account. However, the automated Cross-Progression system incorrectly prioritized my PC account as the primary one.Due to this system bug, my stats and Apex Predator badges from the PS4 were overwritten or downgraded to Master badges. However, my Predator weapon charms and holosprays successfully migrated to my current inventory, which clearly proves that I earned the Predator rank on my PS4.Since this was a system glitch that chose the wrong platform as primary (ignoring the higher account level rule), I kindly request that this case be escalated to a specialist who can restore my original Apex Predator badges.I have attached screenshots of the Predator charms/holosprays currently equipped on my account as proof of my rank achievement.Thank you for your time and assistance.
