Olá. mesmo depois de ter feito e verificação de idade, ainda continuo com o problema. vamos aguardar até a onde isso vai esse problema. pois, a EA nunca sabe.

I downloaded the App on my laptop and after logging in there was a message on the top of the window to verify my age. I verified it through facial scan. I then downloaded the game on the PS5 again but I still can't use voice and text chat. 

Maybe I need to wait a little bit. I will check again tomorrow to see if it is working.

Estou com esse bug no chat de voz e texto do Apex há mais de um mês e a EA não conseguiu me ajudar. Como você fez essa verificação de idade no EA App? Apareceu automaticamente ou você precisou entrar em alguma opção específica?
