Unfairly Banned April 7th 2:06 AM UTC
Hello I wrote and commented on several post I guess I wanted to make a central post for my vent.
I have had my account since 2011 and I have been a premium user of bf3, bf4, and bf2042. I started on Playstation and eventually moved to PC. I have never hacked/cheated and never wanted to do either.
I played BF2042 on april 1st, 5th and 6th. I was banned on Monday April7th 2:06 AM UTC I didn't log in until April 10th when I noticed I was banned. I have my steam, twitch, psn all linked to this account, this is my one and only account and wouldn't want to jeopardize my account.
I highly believe your anticheat system banned me false positively. I also highly believe you outsource your support and they don't really care about us because I had my case reviewed and I asked specifically for a report of the malicious software so I can clarify what it is. They responded with a generic statement that I was cheating.
I do run multiple games sometimes or when I stop one game I start one game immediately. I also use logitech for my mouse. I suspect something liek this could have triggered this false positive for the anticheat to ban me.
I have offered to give a FORENSIC image of my machine and I am offering even to do screenshares and access share with engineers on your team to get this sorted out.
I have looked at my data looked at logins it all checks outs, I looked at the account change log and I don't understand what it means.

I know you will suggest appeals again, but is there any way you can escalate this to a higher up? I have looked through the forms and I see I am not the only person who has had this issue in the past 2 months so what is going on? Does anyone actually care? I have tried reaching to multiple social media accounts that are EA and BF related but nothing. This is really discouraging.
