Sorry to say that while these forums are indeed for reporting game bugs and giving feedback, as well as general discussion, EA Help should still be assisting you with this themselves. At the end of the day they've the only ones who can provide missing items and assist with purchase issues, whereas nobody here can access game accounts.
In this case I'd recommend trying EA Help again in the hopes of getting a different agent who has the ability to help directly. They're usually pretty decent and have helped me with missing items in the past.
