Hi, this is an error that you're running unsigned drivers at the same time as trying to play the game. The error message is supposed to be more clear, I'll review it with the team why you're not getting that popup.
Make sure you have the latest Windows updates, and if that doesn't work, enable Secure Boot to prevent unsigned drivers from running in Windows.
Access BIOS/UEFI Settings:
- Restart your computer.
- Press the appropriate key: (usually Delete, F2, F12, or Esc) repeatedly as soon as the computer starts to enter the BIOS/UEFI setup.
- Navigate to the Security or Boot settings: (the exact location varies depending on your motherboard manufacturer).
Enable Secure Boot:
- Find the "Secure Boot" option.
- Enable it: (the method varies, but it usually involves selecting "Enabled" or similar).
- Save the changes: and exit the BIOS/UEFI setup.
- Restart Your Computer: After enabling Secure Boot, restart your computer to apply the changes.
- Try Launching the Game: Launch the EA game again and the anti-cheat should now function correctly.
Hope this helps.

Hey, thank you for checking this.
Unfortunately I do have secure boot already on and latest update on windows 11, I wonder is this issue related to the fact I used to play this game for years without secure boot on, and if that somehow messed up it. I just dont know what to try anymore since feels like ive gone through every troubleshoot there is.
