The problem you're experiencing may be due to the NVIDIA driver.
- I recommend installing version 577.0, available here → https://www.nvidia.com/fr-fr/drivers/
- After that you can repair EA Javelin anticheat here -> https://help.ea.com/en/articles/platforms/pc-ea-anticheat/
- Restart your PC and launch the game

Yesterday, I checked the computers of five players who had this problem.
Unfortunately, the problem has not been resolved. :(
I rolled back the video driver to 577.
I deleted the EA application and installed it again.
I also deleted the anti-cheat and installed it again.
All of this was done as an administrator.
