If your Bios is in a similar layout to mine, This is how I reached the secure boot section.
You may need to click "Secure boot mode" and then click "Enroll all factory default keys" if secure boot mode is set to "custom" and apply the settings, Then change secure boot mode from "custom" to "standard" and then apply the settings and then save settings ( usually F10 for my bios but yours may vary )
If your Windows partition system is set to GPT ( GUID Partitioning Table ) Then it should be a simple toggle off > on as it was for me.
If it is set to MBR ( Master Boot Record ), You will need to convert it to GPT before you start the process of enabling secure boot.
