Unable to play pre-ordered game after playing the free trial

Same thing is happening to me. It still prompts me to scan the on-screen QR code to save 10% on the full game. 1.) There is no QR code on screen. 2.) I purchased the Xbox One & Series X/S bundle this morning for $63 with my EA Play discount

My guess is our ONLY early access was via the 10-hour trial UNLESS we bought the Gold or Ultimate version,

OR it's flat out glitched.

I'm by no means a tech expert, nor am I a complete idiot, but it's a tad bit confusing for the Microsoft Store to tell me that I own this game only for it to tell me my trial is over. Especially when there's a separate option to LAUNCH THE TRIAL version of the game.

I've deleted and reinstalled already and it didn't fix anything. 

I'm waiting until the official launch. There is currently no solution from devs on this issue (as far as I can tell). Yet there was no issue with them taking our * money.

It's 11:01pm here, and the game started up fine. Just had to wait for the official launch

My issue is it keeps launching the trial version of the game instead of the full game.

I’m having this problem in the UK on PS5. Has the EA trial cancelled our pre order? I’m not sur eid I was charged when I pre ordered a few months ago so I wonder if I have not been charged and it has cancelled when i did the trial..

I'm having the same problem too. It's a day after the release and it still says "your 10-hour trial has ended" but I pre ordered the game. So yea, I'm confused as well. I done pre ordered it before the beta and cant even play.

We are unable to cancel pre-ordered through PlayStation or Microsoft as it's through their billing system which we do not have access to.

Can you try deleting any trace of the game from your console and try adding your full version of the game to your download queue via the PlayStation app or browser when you log in? 

Same issue for me.

played the trial and used all the 10 hours before release day.

release day installed from the disc after having deleted the trial version and now it just says  trial version in my games and apps still.

not even sure if the day one patch has downloaded either so don't think i’m getting any of the updates either.
