used the 15 tiers Skip after hitting tier 20 on xbox
a little bit upset i used the 15 tiers Skip last night and my game stopped working and now i do not see the rewards after the Event now

Got you, thanks for the info. I'm not hugely familiar with Xbox Cloud as I haven't used it very much, but I guess it could have been some issue with the instance. Are you able to launch the game directly from your console without using the cloud feature?
Yes I am just out of space to download but I did download a couple of days ago and the items didn't unlock
