AA camping in spawn

We all know this has always happened since battlefield implemented mobile AA guns in BF4. Not only are they super OP with insane range, but they are protected in their spawn now. Just played a game where an enemy AA was in their spawn and when I tried to shoot at it with RPGs, my round would instantly blow up in the enemy spawn. So they cant even reach the AA. Protected by an invisible wall and too far back to reach with C4 in time. I tried several times with an attack helicopter but I'm not a professional. 

I wish more people cared about this. Battlefields balancing for air vehicles is absolutely terrible right now and is catering to the infantry players. Stingers and AA tanks have massive range. And the apache is a paper tiger. I dont understand why every conquest mode that has a helicopter also has to accompany an AA vehicle. This is why BF3 will always be superior.
