AA's in Spawn/Vehicles in Spawn

It is wildly infuriatingr that someone can sit in a AA vehicle in their spawn, not take damage when shot at (rockets just explode over them), but be able to damage/kill your vehicle all from the protection of their spawn.

Either make it to where no vehicles can do damage in spawn, or we can do damage to them in spawn. CRAM is also a little OP.

the AA isnt even the problem, its the IFV with a laser guided missile that is impossible to dodge

this really needs to be fixed, should be the moment they shoot, that vehicle no longer gets protection untill destroyed. I find even MBT's sitting just outside their spawn, get shot once then they back up 10m's and can't take any damage now. this needs to be fixed, so easy for people to cheese
