Anyone else false banned?

Same boat I’m afraid again zero communication from the studio - interesting with icue software I have the same is your thinking this is picked up by anti cheat I’ve sent all data showing headshot and bodyshot hit rates and all sorts proving no cheating on my account but again to no avail nobody is communicating yet you read all about them wanting to maintain a player base well this player can’t play because you won’t unlock his falsely banned account 

Im in pretty much exactly the same situation. Theyre ignoring my tickets, live chat is bots, and they delete my forum posts that i make out of frustration

Same thing for me, been wrongfully banned on november 24th 2025, no news, no answer, no details, no communication, no way to talk to someone in live chat or by phone or by email. I'm an hostage waiting for an answer that never comes....it's frustrating, because i'm a father of 2 childs of 41 years old that play Battlefield 6 to relax with some of my old friends...not a "f**king" cheater. I hate cheaters...!

If someone of the staff or community manager see this message, please do something for me  !!

At this point, I think this is pure disrespect, i'm just an old school legitimate player that hate all kind of cheaters...

3rd and last Appeal Case #232656390...  😔

For what it's worth, I was banned within 3 or 4 hours of the game being released and with less than 1 hour of playing time, due to EA's rancid website and the faults it had at the time, it took me 48 hours to raise an appeal with them. That appeal has been logged since Oct 12th and has not had a single update to speak of from anyone at EA. Every day it gets the "waiting on studio" message updated, it's actually laughable.

I played the beta on the very same PC that I got banned with within a few hours. Ironically, I had to reload the game 3 times in 45mins because it kept crashing.

I've all but given up and resigned myself to the fact I've lost my money, despite being an EA customer since 2008 or so. I've played BF and every release of Fifa in that time. I've also spent money on in-game purchases as well. But that's it for me. I'm done. EA will never get another penny out of me. Their complete lack of customer care is nothing short of an absolute disgrace.

Good luck to you, but I wouldn't count on it.

Oh and also, based on the feedback in this forum, it seems like the game is plagued with issues and actual real cheaters anyway so probably best off spending your time playing a CoD release or something instead.
