Hi LimTsai,

You'll need to appeal to EA's Terms of Service team I'm afraid. There isn't anyone here who can review or remove a ban.

If you want to appeal, the guide below should explain the process and give you a webform to initiate it.

I was little when I started Battlefield.... I have fond memories... I'm a bit frustrated... I'll have to go to a psychologist to recover... blah blah blahhhhhhh
I've seen thousands of these "I am innocent" letters, there was a mistake.😆

The boy seems very childish, he's just starting out! He doesn't understand that here you're getting €60-€100 every time you get banned, and you should be happy and keep quiet because there have been people who haven't just lost their keys; they've received a hardware ban in the past and had to buy new PCs and consoles to understand the lesson,
which is... NO CHEATING!

I'm sorry, but you need to be taught a lesson before you understand.
If you cheated, I hope they issue a hardware ban, because only then will you understand.

You may laugh at me for expressing myself like a child, but the truth is, I’ve been playing the Battlefield series since I was a kid, back when games came on CD-ROMs. I swear, if I ever used cheats, may I go to hell.

  Ever since Apex and through Battlefield 2042, EA has a history of issuing false bans to some players, and I can find you cases where they later lifted those bans. Why on earth would I risk cheating in Battlefield 6—a game I paid for—just to play against bots, after I've spent so much money with EA? Why do you treat EA as if they are infallible?
