Appeal for Account Suspension - Unjust Ban in Battlefield 6

Dear EA Support Team,

My EA Account: [LimTsai]
Registered Email: [edit: email address removed]

I am writing to you today with a deep sense of frustration and confusion to appeal the recent suspension of my account for alleged cheating in the newly released Battlefield 6. I assure you, this is a severe mistake. I have never used any unauthorized software or exploits in any EA title, and the very idea goes against everything I stand for as a player.
This has had a significant impact on me. After I posted about my EA account ban on social media, I received abuse from other players who accused me of being a cheater.
For me, Battlefield is not just a game; it's a cherished part of my life's story. My journey began seven years ago as a university student with Battlefield 1. I hold those memories dear – the feeling of galloping across the Sinai Desert on horseback, and the immense pride I felt from mastering the Martini-Henry rifle, a dedication proven by my 100-star service with it.
This passion carried me through the skies of Battlefield V, dogfighting over Iwo Jima, and into the near-future battles of Battlefield 2042, soaring through the maps as Sundance with the wingsuit. I've invested in Battle Passes, recommended the series to countless friends, and my EA account, active for over seven years and linked across all my platforms, is a testament to my loyalty. I was so excited for Battlefield 6 that I even participated in the Beta Test before the October 10th launch.
Given this history—a journey from my student days to my adult working life—why would I ever risk it all by cheating merely three days after the game's release, having played only a handful of matches? It is illogical and contrary to my character as a genuine fan. To this day, watching clips of the Battlefield 1 campaign on video websites still brings a tear to my eye. That is the depth of my connection to this franchise.
I sincerely believe this ban must be the result of a false positive or an error in the early, busy days of the game's launch. I kindly and urgently request a thorough and manual review of my account activity and the specific evidence leading to this ban.
All I wish for is to return to the battlefield that I call home and continue creating memories alongside my friends. Thank you for your time and for considering the plea of a dedicated soldier.

Sincerely,
Limtsa

Ever since Apex and through Battlefield 2042, EA has a history of issuing false bans to some players, and I can find you cases where they later lifted those bans. Why on earth would I risk cheating in Battlefield 6—a game I paid for—just to play against bots, after I've spent so much money with EA? Why do you treat EA as if they are infallible?

  • are you able to check the status of your appeal in the cases tab

wondering what other people are seeing as of right now

  • Cheating ruins all aspects of competitive play, and eventually the game itself, I've been beemed across the map with nothing but headshots on weapons incapable of that accuracy, at that range, so the cheats are here, still have connection issues, way too low FPS because if I play this game without undervolting my GPU it's at 81 C on a 3090 at 1440, WTF is that? Plus now I'm blocking access to my PC to quit being a beta tester because I still haven't received my launch day bug compensation, and that's causing those in QA to put my game client in a doom loop of unknown errors, I know the error, it's you not giving me the compensation for the launch day bug I had on the EA app with BF6. I know I'm rambling but, too many hours in a game that simply becomes too frustrating to play before the battle pass was even released, is a way to lose an entire fan base.

  • zero pain felt for banned cheaters. that **bleep** has just ruined the fps genre. i laugh my **bleep** off every time one of the "super player" "i never cheat" "i dont cheat everyone else just sucks" streamers gets called out and busted. they all scream the same thing. all the way to the electric chair...... i didnt cheat!

    til the video shows otherwise.....

Yep, i'm not accusing anyone but if they are overly polite and they start talking about their feelings and mental distress they have because they were banned, in my book they are 100% a cheater.

What they don't seem to understand is that the Anti Cheat scans their device, and anything installed even for another game triggers the AC. Having any type of exploit or cheat present on your computer will get you banned!
