Banned for Username. Username now changed.

I was banned 10/20 for hateful conduct for my steam username being ‘TransgenderSloth’. Well who is EA to say I’m not trans? I have changed my steam username, and I’ve submitted multiple appeals. I just keep being  met with the same generic script, basically stating we don’t care, buy it again. I don’t need a link to how to appeal a ban. I need someone from the TOS team to actually look into my case and the attached screenshot from before and current to see that the steam username is changed. Now that it’s changed, I see no reason why I cannot have the ban lifted.
