Battle Pass is stealing your tier skips! Report Now!

This is not just a bug, it’s a paid product failing to be delivered as advertised. Multiple players have reported this already, and EA has tried closing cases without providing a resolution or compensation. 

I scrolled through the battle pass to look at the items then decided to activate it and it immediately chose the first path when I had never even selected it. If anything, I would've expected it to choose the 4th path since that's the one I was looking at right before I activated the battle pass. Feels like my choice of where to put those tier skips I paid for was taken away from me. Because it was.  

Some friends who didn't buy the battle pass pro but the normal pass finished the first 5/5 path and after that they couldn't choose their own path it chose for them automatically  what is EA going to do about this ? Many people alrdy reported this should we get a reset so we can choose our own path??? A refund??? The battle pass was released to early????
