Beta Rewards Not Transferring

I  downloaded BF6 Beta through Steam and obtained all the Beta rewards but when I bought the game after Christmas the Beta progression and rewards did not appear. I purchased BF6 through Steam, which is linked to my EA account. I sent in a ticket for resolution but they stated:

"Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, we’re unable to directly assist with this issue from our side. However, I’ll mark your case as a potential bug so our game team can review it further. Please note that you may not receive a direct response from them, but if the issue is confirmed, they will work toward addressing it in future updates."

Did anyone else run into this issue and is it possible for Battlefield staff to help me out. I appreciate all your time and patience with me.
