BF6 - portal hc - need to apply these fixes/settings

+1 for sorting out the 1 player start in verified portal HC servers, makes a big difference instead of 32 players waiting to start a match. (ive posted this on steam forums as well) Need these fixe...

as the hardcore is not hardcore enough on the hc present on portal. I've set the health to 50% which gives hardcore effect.
