Wrongfully Banned from Battlefield 6 — Requesting Transparency and Fair Review
Honestly EA ban system is a joke. I fully understand keeping cheating out of the game, but to be falsely banned is crazy. 2.4 hours gameplay and hit with some generic AI message. Filed an appeal and got the following message:
We have confirmed that your account was involved in cheating. Because of this, we will not remove the sanction on your account.
You break our rules(https://www.ea.com/terms-of-service#section6) if you:
• use software that interferes with or disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
• use undocumented features, exploits or cheats in-game that disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
• use software or cheats that disconnects other users from the EA servers.
I can CONFIDENTLY say this message is BS because its no way possible I cheated or did anything illegal. BS game! Fix your anti cheat. I know you trolls will come in saying I cheated but not at all. I hope my post helps others. EA do better!
