Thank you but that can’t be all that’s left right? I honestly truly have no clue what I did to cause this. I just play the game that’s all. I have zero answers and I feel like I at least deserve a why for being banned from a game I have played since 1942.

I'm sorry to say that it is the case, unfortunately. The only people at EA who can handle an appeal are EA's Terms of Service team. It's not something a Community Manager can help with, and all anyone else here can do is to guess as to potential reasons for a ban being issued.
