BF6 Serious Issues - Air Combat & Laser Designation Exploits/Abusing.

I need to let my frustration out after playing this game trying to enjoy being a pilot. There are so many issues right now with trying to fly due to the idiotic mechanics that are in the game and need serious reworking to make this game feel balanced... because at the moment there is ZERO reason to fly if you go up against a team that is going to abuse the game mechanics below.
1. The Attack Jets Anti Air Missiles ALWAYS HIT THEIR TARGET, it does not matter if they use flares or not painted. You can legit spawn came every Jet and Heli with the attack Jet with ease... its one the dumbest things I have ever seen and tried. Literally makes dog fighting useless when all I have to do is lock on, tap fire twice, see my victim flare, then my missiles hit them anyway. Who the hell thought that was a good idea for gameplay?
2. Laser Designation and Lock-on Missiles incredibly OP against air vehicles at the moment. The most abused vehicle with this is with the IFV, all I see every game is people sitting in the back with the IFV, either solo or with a friend, painting targets with the secondary gunner (That has a ridiculous lock on range for some reason???) and then getting instant kills against air with the lock on missile from the main gun on the IFV because it doesn't let the pilot know there is a missile coming, nor do flares work as a way to counter it... the only thing you can do is use the environment as cover and good luck with that... especially on Mirak Valley. The lock-on abuse can also be used by the fighter jet (though not so effective against other jets, helis get recked though) and heli gunner against painted targets. They really need to make the missile fights feel more like BF4 instead of this instant hit/kill garbage with no counters.
3. Laser Designation is general needs a serious rework, all a Recon has to do is pull out their binoculars, aim at a vehicle for what feels like 2-3 seconds, and they're painted... for god knows how long. That recon should have to keep that laser designation pointed the entire time for it to be fair... right now I can make every vehicle on the map as a recon without trying, giving my team a stupid advantage with lock-ons.
4. The MBT having lock on rockets as one of its main ammo choices... I have seen some people just camping on the mountain on operation fire storm attack everyone from miles away and the only way to attack them is with air or if you have the same ammo type... WHY DOES A MBT SHOOT ROCKETS???? This one just needs to be removed, this **bleep** feel so out of place for this game and again it can be abused with the lock-on mechanics.
Seriously who designed this **bleep**? How was this not tested during gameplay... it is SO UNFUN to fly right now because all you deal with is BS you can't counter. I never felt like this in BF3 or BF4, and the devs seriously need to go back to the design table and redo this garbage gameplay loop with air vehicles because it seriously is in a bad spot at the moment.
For the record, I do really like this game and appreciate all the hard work the Devs have put into it - but I am very upset with the air combat and other decisions they've made. I will also say I'm worried the season pass will ruin the look of all the different factions within Nato and Pax Armata - sad that the military style shooter is just going to look like a bunch of wanna be soldiers with dumb **bleep** skins that don't feel grounded or realistic in the situation be put into the game. I sincerely hope the team working on this game realize they're one month in and already losing the battlefield identity. For someone that has been playing since BF2, this is sad to watch.
