BF6 SKINS have not appeared on my account

I'm missing some skins in BF6 that I should have received, but they have never appeared on my account.

I have checked the entire customization/loadout section and the skins are not there.

They also do not appear in the store, so I cannot purchase them manually.

I have already restarted the game and my PC, and I have waited more than 24 hours, but the skins still have not appeared.

Could you please check why these skins have not been added to my account?
