The jets are great. My only complaint is the "guided" bombs from air air jets. I'm not sure I understand how its supposed to work. I manage to get kills with it, though. New unlocks would be interesting, but I'm okay with the way they are right now. One of the best experiences with planes in the franchise imo. They don't need to be a carbon copy of older titles. No issues destroying tanks too if you are with the air-ground jet. You have plenty of firepower against armored vehicles and its easy to destroy them.
Also, no issues with the resupply here. I don't agree about the spawncamping. It's annoying and antifun, but still possible. I know it's possible because I did it and I have died for it.
I agree with APS complaint. It feels like its not worthy to use it. It has the delay and doesn't last long enough to justify it alongside with the cooldown. I'm okay with the helicopters. They are heavy, but you can adapt to it. The initial missile can keep the behavior if they add a hint in the hud to aim it properly, like they did with the cannon in jets. It's hard to know where the missiles will land and you only discover after you fired some missiles. I agree with everything about Manhattan map. It needs a lot of polish to helicopters there and their weight makes everything even more difficult in that map. Very short timer when you leave combat area and sometimes one of the teams don't get helicopters.

You should try to resupply an IFV after spending most of its ammo. It has an ammo cap of like 200 and it gets like 10 per resupply cycle.

According to the icon of the stealth jet bombs, they are like wire guided so I guess you need to use them like a ToW
