Your developers wonder why you're losing players at record speeds. It's because the game is 80% bots now. We should be offered a refund because this is not the game I bought. If I wanted to play against bots, I would have stuck with call of duty or play offline.
In BF4, we had dedicated servers with publicly visible player counts. It was great for finding matches, queuing for full servers, or even joining higher-ping lobbies when needed just to find people to play with.
WHERE IS THE SERVER BROWSER? The new UI, combined with the poor quality of Portal lobbies, is simply not acceptable. You should ban every experience that abuses misleading titles like "DOUBLE XP" and similar bait to clutter the browser.
