Ugh! Regenerating C4 sounds awful. If C4 gets regenerated automatically then I want my landmines and RPG rockets to regenerate too.
But seriously, there's no way C4 should regenerate without finding an ammo crate.

Sure why not. If the devs are gonna keep the classes as poorly designed as they currently are, then I wouldn't even be mad if they gave almost all gadgets a very slow auto regeneration.
