Bring back vote to kick (kick cheaters)

Back on some of the old BF games you used to be able to vote to kick players. This worked if people got enough votes they would get kicked from the server. 

This was very good because when you got to see the kill cam you could see a player cheating and could vote to kick that player. everyone else would see this and vote too. Resulting in far less cheaters in the game.

What's everyone's thoughts on this.
