Can’t create Portal Servers again. BF Pro/Pass members should have priority

the dreaded global servers exceeded error yet again now that bots are enabled.

what’s the point of a BF pro membership to create servers if EA is allowing free to play redsec players to spam bot servers?

priorty to creating a portal server should be given to BF Pro > Battlepass > Paid copy of game > Redsec free players.

Why not? They directly advertise the ability to create 100 player servers if you buy the membership. I can’t even create servers now due to all the spam servers that came out after they enabled portal bots.
