Can we somehow get 4K on base Ps5? Graphics are bad

I’m just too used to 4K60Fps minimum now. The game looks very bad on base Ps5, it almost looks like 1080p or washed 1440p… Like how is it not possible? Game doesn’t even feel that heavy on the console!! pls yo

Even in the menus or in loadouts or in appearance skins, the game just feels like its made for xbox 360
