Damage model for weapons/vehicles

Question

So in my gameplay so far ive noticed that the TTK is wildly to all over the place. It seems some die with 3 bullets and some dont dieafter a whole magazine put into them. Also the high explosive shells for tanks/IFVs dont explode? Like i shot a dude who was hiding the HE shell landed right next to him and nada. 20 damage it seems. What is going on?

I agree, some games it feels like you can take people down with a reasonable amount of bullets and others it feels like you are playing with a nerf gun.

def could be ive fought some extremely sus people so far.

I just get killed very very fast and people just snap onto aaround corners..most the people who are in the top 5.I do not think it is the game..in my case.
