I don't understand the "there is no server browser" statement.
There is an option to search/matchmake game modes and levels you want to play from official battlefield hosted servers. I know that's not what you want, but it exists.
But there is also the option to search servers. You can type in keywords, tags, filters, and see a list of results to choose from. Isn't that what you are after? Or what are you looking for?
honestly the problem as well is that they don't let us search closed weapons or not, the search options are so limited cause all they do is cater to CoD players
