Dice Please fix Laser Designators/ AA missile cooldowns

Question

Fixing the lock guided bug was a step, but laser designators are ridiculous right now, they paint you and you stay painted for an extended period of time even if the designator is pointed somewhere else. your locked onto and have missiles flying at you before you even take off on some maps. please make it like Bf4 where they had to hold lock while the missile was in the air.

Also, The AA tank does have some things left to be desired, make the cannon better perhaps? but the AA missiles on both that and the Stealth jet cooldown time are so small they are locking on to you again and firing before your flares are even done firing the first time. also below radar just doesn't work most times, you can be cutting grass with your heli/jet wings and your still constantly locked and missiles fired at you.

I was flying so low I activated a friggin mine and was still locked on LOL.

And you can't even escape if you fly up to the universe and beyond after you flare. They can even lock on to you when you can't even controll jet anymore.

Just tested it with a mate, he was painting and I was in ifv and other mate on stinger + supply with medic.

At end of round I had 35 jet kills and my mate 30.

He used stinger to force flare, I just shot. He had unlimited stinger shots with our medic.

This set up is waaaay to strong for what it is. We were standing between the oil things where the jets come out on Operation Firestorm. Not a single jet was flying longer than 30 seconds out of spawn.

Bigger maps would help this, but cooldown times need to be changed, or aa tanks need to visit resupply for more missiles period. ECM jammers need to come back, and range needs to be decreased as well on aa locks, you shouldnt be locked on attack approach from your spawn lol
