DICE please verify your item description

so why is this a "known issue"?

this isn't even some very powerful combo, stinger only deals 149 damage to tanks on the front and 200 in the rear, 300 on the side of the IFV, why will this combo being banned?

does the person who "discovered" this issue even bothered to read the description of this item in the game?
