EA play prices are taxed wheres Steam price is not in India ?

I want to buy using the EA play 10% discount but buying on EA app adds taxes which increases the price to more than what is listed on steam. Why is the price on steam final price and on EA app taxed ? please make sure that both prices are same . Make the EA app price same as that on steam.
