Forum Discussion
Hey iMuhammed2,
Thank you for taking the time to describe the situation. It's definitely frustrating to have an account you spent time, effort, and money on permanently actioned for reasons you disagree with. This might not be the response you were hoping for, but I'm afraid we don't have the tools to change or discuss anything here on the forums, so creating an appeal as you have is the right way forward.
If you followed these steps to create an appeal, our Terms of Service team will be able to take another look. This review will be conducted by a human advisor, not an automated system. Please note that response time may vary depending on the number of active cases under investigation, so we appreciate your patience as the team looks into it.
In the meantime, you can keep an eye on the status of the appeal(s) on your case history page. If the status is Transferred or Waiting on Studio, then the appeal is still under review and has been passed along to the right team. Please avoid resuming the appeal(s) until you receive a response to prevent any additional delays.
If the team finds evidence that supports the ban, you may receive an appeal-declined message. In that case, feel free to directly include the evidence you mentioned and more that you're able to find and appeal again.
Let us know how it goes, thanks!

I've been experiencing the very same thing and have appealed...posted... tried to contact EA... nothing but automatic responses just, like this person posting, there is nothing but pure frustration with EA. They will not help or give any guidance on what we can do. Im in the same boat as this author and I definitely sympathize.. . Im also a very long time player ...since the very beginning of battlefield. Always been a vanilla player and "this happens" and EA can't even have the decency to respond with a real person. Everybody is quick to respond with the "go to the appeal process"... but I'll tell you right now... it's broken. There is no person to interact with...I can't even ask what I can send them as proof. Ill gladly send anything needed, but you simply cannot interact with them. Its all AI and auto responses. How can I prove nothing is wrong on my end, if they will not even give any direction on what it is or how to prove it is not happening on my end. As the author said this is extremely disappointing coming from EA! It seems like all efforts to make this right are ignored and not even taken seriously, or handled by a "real" person. Seriously don't know what to do, and I know I'm not alone....as more and more posts keep coming up like this.... obviously there is a problem and EA will not acknowledge it!

I am a Chinese player and have also encountered this issue. As a 20-year Battlefield player who has loved and supported EA since BF2, with a clan numbering in the hundreds, we used to compete frequently. But in BF6, I faced an unjustified ban with no explanation. I can only say BF6 will be the last game I purchase from EA. If EA refuses to unban me, we're done forever. I will never recommend any EA games to my friends again. Game ID: CHN_ZDHE_6231. CHN is nationality, ZDHE is clan name, 6231 is personal ID.
