I really feel your pain , I've been trying to battle this very same situation for months.. cannot believe it's happening and they will do nothing to help. Played battlefield since day one and Always played vanilla. I don't even have much time to play games due to family, kids responsibilities, work.... if I get any free time to relax and play video games I just jump on and play. Definitely flawed on their end...I can currently play all other EA games with no bans no problems...not battlefield.... never had a ban, penalty, suspension, on any other game ever! And instant permanent ban?? Their system is not working properly.... and they won't acknowledge it. I've never had any luck talking to a "real" employee... it's all bots and automated responses.... if you get any luck actually interacting with anyone to be able to prove that we are not doing anything on our end. Please let me know... because I can't find a way... and I'll do the same
