My partner is going through an unfair ban as well. His EA account of 17 years was perma banned with no warning. The appeal process is broken for sure. One of the emails we got wasn't even addressing it as a permanent ban just a suspension that would be lifted. We have been beside ourselves, can't believe there are more people experiencing the same issue.
