Fix Portal!

Please eliminate the minimum player count to begin a game in Portal. And bring back some sort of progression while playing against bots. Also, why can't we add bots to Battle Royale in Portal? Things...

Or just bring it down to 4 for bots and 8 for non bot servers. 👍
