I have been going up and down the internet past 2 days to get some answers/resolution. Final answer: just wait till tomorrow (a business day) when EA wants to work instead of working on launch weeken...

There are several of us with the same problem. In my case, I only managed to play 90 minutes yesterday. Today, after 3 different chats, I managed to get the case referred for review. They indicated that they would inform me via email. I hope to have a solution.
