Getting disconnected at ranked

I keep on getting disconnected at ranked games. Every time opens the South America serves and closes. Please fix that because I keep on losing points by that.

Ps: I’m from Brazil and I play on North America servers and South America servers. And that disconnected error from servers keeps on happening.
